Cinnamon Tortillas

I love tortillas! Does that make me weird? It may just make me a little strange. I’ll eat anything on a tortilla from pb&j to a ham sandwich to how your suppose to eat and use a tortilla. I have used tortillas to make chips for the kids many times but then one day we decided to get creative. This is just absolutely yummy and makes such a great snack and even a good breakfast with some yogurt or cream cheese.

Ingredients:

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas- you can always get a big bag of them at the dollar tree, and they are delicious!

cooking spray- I prefer coconut cooking spray which you can get anywhere, even the dollar tree.

5 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (I make my own cinnamon sugar. Use half a tablespoon of sugar per one tablespoon of cinnamon)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Coat one side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray.

Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Sprinkle wedges with cinnamon sugar.

Spray again with cooking spray and coat again with cinnamon sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes.

Allow to cool if you want to eat them as chips.
